When the entire order value is less than $150 USD or when a faster shipping option is preferred other than the First Class International shipping method, the international shipping fees in any of the above two circumstances, are generated automatically based on your choice of shipping destination and shipping method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, package rejection upon arrival and/or failure to pay duty fees.

Returns

Items purchased from M•USE Fashion are eligible for a refund if returned within 28 days from date of delivery. Returned items must be in new condition with original tags still attached. Only items that are specifically marked as FINAL SALE (on product page and invoice) cannot be returned.

We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: 

You get 28 days to return your items starting from the date of delivery. All goods returned must have their original tags attached and be free from wear, stains, odors or any condition that would prevent the item(s) from being sold as new. (Items will be shipped back to the customer if conditions are not met).

Here’s what our US customers should do:

  1. Email us at care@m-usefashion.com and include information: Order Number (you can find the order number on the confirmation email you received after purchase)  + Name of the item you wish to return + Reasons for the return

  2. We will email you the return label to print out

  3. Within 28 days of delivery date, put all items to be returned in a box/package

  4. Place invoice in the box

  5. Stick the pre-paid shipping label on the box. Make sure there are no other labels/barcodes on the box

  6. Drop off the box to be shipped to us

International

All goods returned must have their original tags attached and be free from wear, stains, odors or any condition that would prevent the item(s) from being sold as new. (Items will be shipped back to the customer if conditions are not met).
