International

When the entire order value is less than $100 USD or when a faster shipping option is preferred other than the First Class International shipping method, the international shipping fees in any of the above two circumstances, are generated automatically based on your choice of shipping destination and shipping method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, package rejection upon arrival and/or failure to pay duty fees.

 

The estimated dispatch date is 1-3 days for all orders. This is the date the order will ship from our facility! Note: If your order consists of back-ordered, or pre-order pieces, the dispatch date may change. Make sure to check the description area of your purchased item where indicates the estimated dispatch date.

Returns

Returned items must be in new condition with original tags still attached. Only items that are specifically marked as FINAL SALE (on product page and invoice) cannot be returned.

See below for instructions on how to ship back your item(s) to us.

Domestic

We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: 

You get 14 days to return your items starting from the date of delivery. All goods returned must have their original tags attached and be free from wear, stains, odors or any condition that would prevent the item(s) from being sold as new. (Items will be shipped back to the customer if conditions are not met). Returns for refund will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Here’s what our US customers should do:

  1. Email us at care@m-usefashion.com and include information: Order Number (you can find the order number on the confirmation email you received after purchase)  + Name of the item you wish to return + Reasons for the return
  2. We will email you the return label to print out
  3. Within 14 days of delivery date, put all items to be returned in a box/package
  4. Place invoice in the box
  5. Stick the pre-paid shipping label on the box. Make sure there are no other labels/barcodes on the box
  6. Drop off the box to be shipped to us
International

You get 21 days to return your items starting from the date of delivery. All goods returned must have their original tags attached and be free from wear, stains, odors or any condition that would prevent the item(s) from being sold as new. (Items will be shipped back to the customer if conditions are not met). You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

Here’s what our international customers should do:

  1. Email us at care@m-usefashion.com and include information: Order Number (you can find the order number on the confirmation email you received after purchase) + Name of the item you wish to return + Reasons for the return so we know we are expecting your return

  2. Within 21 days of delivery date, put all items to be returned in a box/package

  3. Place invoice in the box

  4. Ship return items to (customers are responsible for all return shipping charges):

Refund Policy

We currently deduct $6 USD from your total refund for each returned service for all US returns. Please allow 3-15 business days after we receive your package for your refund to be issued. Your refund will be credited to the same method of payment used to make the original purchase. The amount of time it takes for the refund to be posted on your account varies depending on the credit card company.
