Where is my order?
Your product could be in the warehouse, awaiting shipment, on its way, or at your front door. First, make sure you’ve received a shipment email. Next, track the order so that you know right when it gets to your door!
If you need help tracking an order, please check out our Shipping & Returns page for help. You can find the tracking number on your order confirmation or dispatch email.
If you still have an issue, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to add your tracking number, order number, photos and all the important details. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
Why is my order late?
First, make sure that you know what shipping method you chose at checkout. Next, think about the time that you ordered. If you placed an order after 12 PM PST, the order will not be processed until the next business day for all shipping options including USA Standard Shipping & Priority Shipping. Priority Express Shipping order, however, will be fulfilled on any day of the year, including Sundays and holidays. Why was my order canceled?
If you receive a cancelation order from us, then we were out of stock of that item when we tried to package it for delivery.
Your refund will be credited to the same method of payment used to make the original purchase. The amount of time it takes for the refund to be posted on your account varies depending on the credit card company.
Can I change my order?
As soon as you place an order, we’re on it! Unfortunately this means we will be unable to make any changes as it’s already being processed at the warehouse. You’ll need to place another order or return any unwanted items.
My item was faulty, what do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that. If you received a faulty item, then head over to the Contact Us page right away or send us an email so we can take care of the issue. Don’t forget to include the following:
- Your name
- Order number
- Product name
- Picture of the issue
- Description of the issue
With this information, we will be able to resolve the issue as fast as possible. You can find the order number and any other information on the confirmation email you received after purchase.
How do I return a package?
You should be able to find all related information about returning a package on our Shipping & Returns page.
Can I return if it’s no longer in the original packaging?
You can return an item as long as the item:
- has its original tags attached
- is free from wear, stains, odors or any condition that would prevent the item(s) from being sold as new.
Items will be shipped back to the customer if conditions are not met.

How long will the refund take?
Upon return of the item to the warehouse, you’ll get an email that the item is being processed. A return will usually take up to two weeks to process after arriving in our warehouse. This is due to the bank’s system of transfers and is something that we can’t control. If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, feel free to contact us by email: email@example.com.
